Pattaya Features On New York Television

A recent visit to Pattaya City Hall by American Mr. Joe Boonchan from “The Bronx Corporation TV Network,” has finalized arrangements for shooting a sequence of TV films around Pattaya. These will be shown on New York TV in 10 -15 minute time slots on both Pattaya and other places of interest in Thailand

Pattaya, the 18th of January 2010 [PDN]: Mr. Joe Boonchan who is a TV Studio Engineer and Producer from “The Bronx Corporation TV Network” stated that they are being given a lot of support by the “Pattaya Bay Co-coordinator,” all the officials at Pattaya City Hall and also Khun Niti Kongrut, who is the Director in our Chonburi Province for the Tourist Authority-of Thailand (TAT). Joe Boonchan also commented during this PDN interview, that he is open to suggestions from local residents if they have any new subjects tat are worthy of filming; (Contact Joe Boonchan by E-mail onjoe@thaitvuas.tv ).

There were many leading officials at this boardroom meeting, including our well known Deputy Mayor Khun Ronakit Ekasingh, and Khun Jumroon, who is the President of the Pattaya Business & Tourist Association. Many may comment that New York has similar entertainment to offer, but Pattaya wins out with its warm beaches, consistent year round weather and a wider variety of leisure activities at much lower prices. These travel programs will start in March and run for a full year, so they should attract quite a few new American visitors to Pattaya, especially in the USA winter period.

Hmm. “The Bronx Corporation TV Network” eh? Public Access channel out of 1000 available in New York. It is better than "Compton Information Network" but not as good as "Harlem Crime TV"

i hope for pattaya sake they dont show the true pattaya.. when is city hall going too open its eyes to what is realy going on. us expats are getting out.bent cops,drugs,robbers,and at any chance trying to screw us over no matter how big or small. i would like to see thailand (pattaya) (bangkok) get by with out are money getting spent every day..we are there bread and butter..
