Infinity, the cliffside Italian restaurant overlooking the ocean at Sheraton Pattaya Resort, will present a twelve-day season of Boston Lobster flown in specially from the North Atlantic from January 20th to January 31st.

The heaviest marine crustaceans in the world, Boston Lobsters are renowned for the rich flavour of their meat, especially the large, much-prized claws.
Infinity?s team of chefs, led by Exec utive Chef Joël Vivien, promise to do full justice the fine product with creative dishes that draw out and complement the subtle flavour of the firm, fresh lobster with the likes of Madagascan vanilla, Cognac, Morels Mushrooms and Bouchot Mussels.
Culinary interpretations range from classic lobster bisque to lobster cocktail with wasabi and brandy. Leek and lobster quiche with feta cheese expresses a Mediterranean character while the full natural flavour of the lobster can be especially savoured grilled with a vinaigrette dressing. Plus the likes of French-style Pot au Feu baked lobster and a stir-fried work-out with morels and artichokes, and more.
Infinity looks out over miles of ocean from midway up a verdant cliffside that rolls down to the resort?s private white-sand beach. With covered and al fresco areas, it is as suitable for sunny lunches as for sunset cocktails and moon-lit dinners. Signature specialities include items from the restaurant?s authentic wood-fired oven and chargrill station.
